- You have to believe that your goals are possible. I’m talking ZERO doubt- COMPLETE blind faith.
- Visualise yourself from the point of view that you have already lost weight. Visualise yourself healthy and happy in your skin.
- Use affirmations daily- feel great and grateful for your weight loss success. You can retrain your subconscious mind to believe anything, and that includes your weight loss journey. Affirmations are a very powerful way to do this. Make sure to concentrate on feeling good while saying the affirmations, but again, most importantly- BELIEVE that you have already achieved your weight loss goals.
